4.3 Order Cancellation by You

• You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at support@mobbly.com.au
• Once dispatched, your order cannot be cancelled — you may return it under our Returns Policy upon receipt

We may cancel an order in the following circumstances:

• The item is out of stock and no suitable substitute is available
• A pricing error has occurred
